The primary responsibility of this role is to load asset data. This helps build the number of Assets Under Management which provides visibility to our vast equipment installed base. This is accomplished by reading and comprehending the Schneider Electric project Bill of Material and creating/uploading information directly into Facility Expert via a web/app interface.

The role of the Hyper Care Center is also to proactively monitor and maintain QR Code scans and requests from the field. This includes assigning ownership of Assets Under Management to users who request access.

Key Job Responsibilities

Drive the EcoStruxure Power Partner Systems story by loading assets into Facility Expert Digital Logbook.

·
Engage with North American Digital Transition Specialists to target specific projects to load.

·
Display expertise on the Facility Expert Digital Logbook app, specifically in the areas of declaring assets and demonstrating the app's features/functionality.

·
Share enhancement feedback which would improve loading/accessing data in Facility Expert Digital Logbook and provide a better user experience.

·
Manage QR code scans from the field and assign access to requested users.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

· 
Basic IT skills: Web/app data entry, Microsoft Office (Excel)

· 
Basic knowledge of electrical distribution products with an emphasis on connected products

· 
Ability to quickly learn how to read an electrical distribution bill of material

· 
Product knowledge in low voltage/medium voltage power products preferred

· 
Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
