What do you get to do in this position?

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Aseguramiento de Seguridad & Higiene y Calidad en areas bajo responsabilidad.

Gestión de sistemas de información e inventarios (SAP, TRESS entre otros).

Coordinación de grupos multidisciplinarios para la solución de problemas.

Supervisar, entrenar y brindar soporte a personal directo de producción; así mismo, coordinar sus actividades.

Gestión de pre-nóminas y control de personal a cargo (movimientos de personal por área).

Auditorias de proceso para prevenir no conformidades e identificar oportunidades de mejora.

Seguimiento de mejoras y planes de acción.

Ejecución de planes de producción de acuerdo a los lineamientos de planeación para convertir las órdenes del cliente en producto entregado a tiempo en la cantidad requerida con la calidad y el costo estándar establecido.

Seguimiento a No conformidades (Calidad y Seguridad).

Preparar, actualizar y analizar reportes relacionados con indicadores de desempeño de forma regular (seguridad, servicio, scrap, MIR, producción, etc).

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

·
Experiencia en Sistemas de Manufactura.
Manejo de paquetería MS Office, TRESS y SAP (deseado).
Nivel de Inglés 70-80%.
Conocimiento en herramientas Lean Mfg (VSM, balanceos de línea, Kaizen, etc.) y Six Sigma.
Conocimiento en BOM's e interpretación de planos (deseado)
Liderazgo y seguridad para la toma de decisiones.
Habilidad para manejo de personal
Disponibilidad de horario. JUEVES A DOMINGO 5.50PM A 4.50AM
