Services Field Technician Coordinator

Job description
· Plan the Engineers to different jobs according to the experience and requirements.
· Co-ordinate with the PRO to arrange security pass for Service Engineers to access different sites.
· Maintain the local spares stock.
· Work with global security services before deputing an Engineer according to different country zones.
· Do all the travel arrangements required for each job for the service engineers.
· Maintain the data base of team members to organize training & renewal of qualifying certificates/courses.
· Work Globally with other coordinators to keep the workload even for all the Engineers
· Provide 24/7 support to clients on project requirements.
· Prepare reports for each job and upload the reports in the server database.
· Send out the reports for invoicing.
· Follow up pending invoices with clients directly.
· Prepare quality reports and send out warranty claims to HQ for replacement parts
· Prepare letters in Arabic and support the team for any official requirement with Arabic skills.
· Work closely with the partner for job planning of FSE's.
·· Keep Job planning portal (innosoft) up to date and do a proper handover of jobs to FSE's through Innosoft only
·. Monitor the document record of FSE'S after job completion.
·· Receive materials from FSE/HQ to be tagged properly and update the inventory.
· Support the team for all admin related issues, including material shipping & receiving of material to and fro, if required.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
· Advanced soft skills ( Microsoft office)
· Excellent communication skills, English & Arabic.
· Excellent email drafting / writing skills
· Minimum 3 years experience in Coordination, Customer Support, Resource planning and allocation
