Job description



Sales Operations' mission is to deliver to the Sales Force team a precise & consolidated analysis of the sales performance and an update on major commercial & strategic action's progress. He/She is to coordinate & challenge the sales force organization to obtain the most accurate & updated analysis. Thus, Sales Operation Analyst is able to help defining the adequate sales strategy to grow the business profitably and to continuously improve the sales management processes to be more efficient.

Main tasks are the following:

· Implement & Coordinate key Sales Management Processes & tools through Sales Force

· Conduct Sales Performance analysis

· Ensure implementation of Commercial & Strategic actions & monitor their progress

· Pipeline management

· Prepare and monitor accurate 3 months rolling forecast on monthly basis

Qualifications :

R EQUIREMENTS

Education:

Engineering and/ or Business degree

Job Related Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in sales activity

Business Understanding:

· Understanding / ability to work in a large & complex matrix organization

· Previous Sales Experience within Industry (or similar industry)

· Good CRM usage (salesforce.com)

· Good knowledge of electrical distribution & automation systems.

· Good understanding of local & international energy market and familiar with required industry segment

· Good financial acumen

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

· Strong analytic & communication skills & Organizational Skills

· Understanding of account management, customers, sales channels & third parties

· Strong influencing skills and intercultural skills

· Tenacity, resilience, emotional intelligence

· Fluent in English
