What do you get to do in this position?
· Ensure manufacturing and repair processes comply with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
· Provide concise and timely information to customer facing interested parties regarding identified and potential issues that affect customer experience and performance
· Plan and evaluate process conformance and perform quality audits for various business processes.
· Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to drive improvements to process and product quality.
· Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process components, production equipment, supplied components, and finished products.
· Manage and validate materials and establish corrective actions for any nonconformance.
· Assure compliance to internal and external specifications and standards, such as ISO 9001-2015.
· Support realization of adoption of Schneider Performance Systems for relevant domains and focus areas.
· Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to implement improvements.
· Work in a team environment across functional and organizational lines.
· Interface with internal and external customers.
· Contribute to safety, ergonomics, and meeting regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

· Bachelor's degree required
· At least 2 years' experience in an engineering role
· Strong problem solving & analytical skills
· Strong communication skills - verbal & written
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to be a team player and foster a teamwork environment
· Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional customers and all levels of management
· Ability to negotiate and meet deadlines.
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.); experience with database administration/database architecture is a plus.
· Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
