Planning
Work daily MRP exception messages
Ensure materials are available for production orders planned
Meet the targets on days of inventory
Expedite DC replenishment orders and sales orders
Strong communication with MPS Planners and Materials Planner
Scheduling
Prioritize finished goods production orders
Prioritize sub-assembly production orders
Maintain rolling production schedule
Manage and update production order due dates
Ensure scheduling meets capacity utilization of production lines
Order Management
Communicate with internal and external customer in regards all customer inquires: production status, delivery, expedite, billing and after shipment inquires. (bFO, skype, e-mail)
Pro-actively solves problems with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship.
Utilizes and maintains updated information in systems including bFO, Quote to Cash, SAP and the Shared Drive or Local files.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications
2 year college degree preferred
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production scheduling,
and inventory management
ERP System experience working with SAP desirable
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
APICS certification preferred, but not required
Strong analytical skills
Technical / problem-solving skills
Solid background in materials management / methodology
Excellent problem resolution skills, providing direction to multiple groups,
resolving conflict, improving efficiencies, continuous improvement
