What do you get to do in this position?

Position Responsibilities:

· Support updates and revisions to the ESS Schneider Electric web pages, including project management and production work.
· Help onboard Performance Contracting team onto Accent software platform, including uploading and tagging assets; developing and publishing case studies for Case Study vault.
· Build updated + shared biography library for key sales + delivery team members, including collecting current or updated headshots and biographical descriptions, creating updated profiles using a template, and publishing biographies to shared resource.
· Collaborate with cleantech team to conduct content audit with the purpose of flagging content for updating under Introducing Broker (IB) parameters. Work with team, including external designers, to update content as directed.
· Support development of job aids and training resources for Accent platform administration.
· Work with the team to identify and update recyclable content; keyword tagging for SEO purposes.

Qualifications :

Essential skills, qualifications and requirements:

·  Results-oriented; strong attention to detail; extremely proactive and collaborative
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills: ability to communicate relevant insights in an understandable format to key stakeholders
·  Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint), and able to learn online software platforms
·  Current student pursuing a degree (ideally in Marketing)
