Which is your mission?

As IB Tracking Junior Field Services Technician, your mains functions will be

· Support execution team on the Install Base tracking program
· Manage customer visits to collect assets information to be integrated on the Services DB
· Report these information to both Execution Team and technical Office
· Provide feedback and reporting to your manager on the plan development
Responsibilities


As IB Tracking Junior Field Services Technician, you will have technical responsibility for Install base tracking program

· Using multidisciplinary functions to solve problems
· Technical supervision / support of the existing customer base and potential customers in the defined area of responsibility
· Clarification of the technical conditions at the customer site.
· Technical support for user: perform training / documentation to meet specific customer needs in consultation with the training department.
· Ensuring a functioning and Cross-border Cooperation:
· Coordination with IBS sales colleagues
· Technical concept development with MTC / ADE / PAE
· Provide front and back office after-sales support for the IBS Sales organization

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who are you?

·  Technical education and/or engineering degree
·  Language skills
·  Spanish: perfect verbal, written
·  English: fluent verbal, written
·  1 years of professional experience recommended in: Low voltage and Medium voltage installations, for: analyse, build, planning, solving, commissioning
·  Good understanding of communication platforms, IoT, and strong capabilities to work and learn install based tracking software and tools.
·  Team spirit-oriented person, and customer orientated
·  IT: Word / Excel / Power Point / CRM's and Microsoft BI
·  Able to solve both hardware and software engineering issues, and to manage a project
·  Possibility of geographical mobility.
·  Driving license B
