IT Field Service Engineer

Job description

-providing on-site technical services for APC and MGE UPS
-problem diagnosis, preventative maintenance and repair as well as providing remote technical support to the UPS units
-selling UPS spare parts, the units itself and regular maintenance contracts to the customers by advising and promoting as technical consultant
-Following up scheduled tasks in BFS system and ensuring the man-hours are entered correctly.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  B.S. degree in Electrical & Electronical Engineering
·  Minimum 2 years experience in project management, implementation and site works.
·  Able to execute field work for long term projects.
·  Knowledgable in SMPS Circuits, DC-DC Converters,PWM Technology and UPS Systems
·  Strong knowledge on LV system design
·  Fluent in English.
