The Global Mobility Consultant creates value through governing the business to move their talents under the most suitable assignment policy in a cost-efficient way and supporting the talents to gain a positive assignment experience.

In this role you will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

Establish and maintain strong relationship with dedicated client group, understand their business and challenges, and support them in the transfers of their talents

Coordinate the assignment activities and workflow amongst the different stakeholders throughout the assignment to ensure the smooth transfer of Assignee

Manage the end-to-end assignment process, including:

Advise and educate the different stakeholders on the assignment process and policies
Coordinate the assignment activities and workflow amongst the different stakeholders throughout the assignment to ensure the smooth transfer of Assignee
Support the Assignee and the business, advise on any queries and changes throughout the assignment with excellent standards of accuracy, efficiency and customer services

Manage the annual salary review process for the dedicated Assignee population
Be an expert in dedicated areas of the GM process, manage that process independently and act as focal point for the whole team (e.g. cross-charging process, medical insurance process, HRMS, etc.)
Contribute to ad hoc projects for process improvements and policy design.

Mobility needs you

You are a customer- and solutionoriented personality, who knows how to build and maintain positive working relationships around the globe. Besides that you are used to prioritized your work, flexibel and preferably have an international background.

Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications:

3 years + work experience in a global mobility role or already acquired Schindler know-how
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
Fluent in English both written and verbal, Spanish is an advantage
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
