In this position you have the functional responsibility for Schindler’s global Business Processes in the area of Maintenance and Repairs (Existing Installation). Tasks may include:

Orchestration of the processes and business solutions for Maintenance & Repairs activities
Identify and share Best Demonstrated Practices in the domain of Maintenance & Repairs activities
Requirements management in your area of responsibility
Support strategic business initiatives aimed to improve process efficiency, and identify market- and competitor trends
Continuous communication, documentation, training & support of Key-User and Business Management Network

You’re a self-directed, result-oriented, highly responsible and reliable team player with strong analytic skills. You’re a process-oriented thinker and culturally sensitive team player.

Degree in engineering and/or general management
More than 3 years of relevant experience in Existing Installation Business and/or Business Process Management
Structured, reliable and independent way of working in a matrix organization
English is a must, other languages are an advantage
IT affinity & knowledge combined with management skills to manage complex business processes in IT systems (mainly SAP applications)
Willingness to travel (20-40%)
