For several long-term projects with a customer in the aerospace industry in Northern Germany we are looking for Project Management Business Partners (m/f) starting at the earliest possible date.

Beschreibung der Aufgabe

Working closely together with the customer's management you will act as a focal point and interface between our customer and its stakeholders for the coordination of different engineering projects during the whole lifecycle:

• Planning of timeframe, costs and resources for the different projects
• Monitoring and Controlling of the project progression
• Elaboration of cost savings
• Preparation and conduct of project milestones including the coordination of meeting schedules
• Monitoring risks as well as planning and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans
• Check and coordination of requirements between the different stakeholders
• Moderation of MFT meetings (multi-functional teams)
• Visual Management (creation of KPI's, digitalization)
• Regular management reporting

Profil

• University degree in Engineering or Management with a strong interest for technical topics or equivalent
• At least 3 years of successful experiences in project management in the aerospace industry
• Ideally experiences in design and electrical installation of aircrafts
• Hands-on and pro-active mentality with the ability to retrace actions with a minimum of surveillance
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English mandatory
• Independent and flexible way of working in a team
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation
• Willingness to travel
