EBP System administrator (M/W)
We are searching for an experienced EBP System administrator.
馃憠Context:
路 Daily system maintenance of the production environment in the approx. 30 signaling boxes, the development environment and the configuration environment (computers for parameter creation of the production systems)
路 Second level support for the EBP application and IT equipment in the signal boxes
路 Preparation of servers, workstations, network equipment for new signal boxes or for extension/replacement in existing signal boxes
路 Testing, documenting and implementation of new Technologies and concepts
路 Occasional Devops tasks
路 Guard duty by turns
路 Regular car trips in Belgium
路 Occasional mounting/assembly work of IT equipment in computer rooms and control rooms

路 Can work in a structured way and precisely
路 Can work autonomously as well as in team
路 Is immune to stress
路 Is customer oriented, acts discretely and loyally to Siemens, since there is direct contact with the end Customer
路 Is flexible on working hours and mobility in Belgium
Knowledge and/or interested in:
路 Networking: routers, switches, VPN, firewall, VRRP from Allied Telesis
路 Debian / Ubuntu / RedHat Linux system administration / CENTOS
路 Scripting in Bash, Ruby, Python, PowerShell
路 Cyber security
路 Kace, Nagios, Puppet, Git, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kibana, Logstash, Elasticsearch
路 Symantec NetBackup; Veeam
路 Vmware, vSphere, Vcenter
路 Full Tolerance server / Stratus VOS system administration
路 HAProxy
路 Database technology: mysql / postgres
路 IT hardware
路 Dutch (!), French, English
