PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The purpose of Services Sales is to launch and sell SAP’s high value and innovative Services and Solutions based on our Service & Software Portfolio. The Head of Services Sales is responsible for overall growth of SAP`s Services business in Switzerland. This responsibility includes driving sales activities through 4 Industry Sales Units, SCP Units (Strategic Customer Program Accounts) and Specialized Sales Unit, interacting with key customers directly, executing key SAP Services business Growth initiatives and developing talents. A close collaboration with the delivery unit as well as license sales is a key success factor. This role will report directly to the MEE Services Sales Head and will be a part of the Market Unit Switzerland Services Management Team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Responsible for overall growth of SAP’s Services business in Switzerland
• Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual OE targets of SAP Services in Switzerland
• Drive Sales teams to success
• Instill a Sales-focused culture
• Provide and deliver on reliable quarterly Sales Forecasting
• Personally drive/sponsor key opportunities at client CxO levels
• Manage Services Sales P&L
• Act as a key contributor to the definition and execution of the strategic Services business Growth initiatives
• Attack best people to the Switzerland Services Sales team, manage the development of the team`s talents
• Collaborate and lead in a matrix with Digital Business Services delivery units, Software Sales and colleagues from other regions to achieve best results

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• In depth understanding of Consulting services and solution service offerings;
• SAP background and knowledge of Software License business;
• Languages: Perfect command of German and English, French is an advantage
• 10 plus years of experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Strong experience and track record in Sales Leadership;
• Good understanding of the consultative selling approaches;
• Services Sales leadership and manager managing managers experience are an advantage;
• Ability and experience of management within large, matrix organizations;
