Job description



The HR Digital Expertise Centre is comprised of a group of Workday professionals with deep Workday expertise on all functional areas, supporting Workday roadmap, projects, evolutions, business as usual requests. This team hosts the SME (Subject Matter Experts) who are in charge of defining the governance, roadmap, and guidelines to implement Workday features. SMEs are also directly involved into the design, configuration, testing and release of the enhancements, and involved as well into support operations in partnership with the Workday Support Centre. Our Workday Scope includes: Workday HCM, Absence, Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Reporting (including PRISM analytics).

The Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) leads the Reporting Stream, working closely with the Workday Report Experts (internal and external). His/her main mission is to ensure Sanofi has an up to date roadmap and vision to implement Workday reporting capabilities (including PRISM, Worksheets, People Analytics, Scorecards, Insight Apps, and all custom reports capabilities from advanced to composite). Actively involved into projects, either as a lead on a pure reporting project, or as a reporting lead on a function project (e.g. recruiting, talent, core HR, Absence projects...), he/she is committed to success.

Job Responsibilities Include:

·  Establish and communicate the global Workday reporting strategy
·  Design the Workday reporting roadmap and ensure it remains up to date after each Workday release
·  Define Workday reporting priorities for the reporting team
·  Participating in workshops, design review sessions, and/or projects with HR business users, Workday technical and functional resources at all levels, including global owners of specific work streams, as an advocate for reporting
·  Collaborating with the business to develop global business requirements and configuring Workday reporting solutions:  advanced, matrix, composite reports, and Prism
·  Partnering with key stakeholders in delivery of reporting solutions to meet business needs
·  Analyzing and testing new Workday functionality as part of the weekly updates and bi-annual feature releases
·  Developing strong relationships with business users in all HR and Sanofi Business Services Functional areas
·  Monitor and efficiently manage the Service Now queue for all assigned cases

Qualifications:

·  5+ years professional experience as an HR reporting/analytics lead
·  2+ years professional experience using Workday reporting technology including Report Writer
·  Experience with Workday advanced report writing including dashboards, scorecards, composite reports, Prism and BIRT
·  Knowledge of Global HCM, advance compensation, recruitment, time off and absence, performance management, and organization management.
·  Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and enjoy doing so
·  Strong bias for action with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·  Ability to proactively recommend design best practices
·  Ability to work in a matrix and international multi-cultural environment.
·  Comfortable working independently with a remote team
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field or the equivalent experience
