Job description

Implement Plant Warehouse best practices.

执行公司库房管理的准则。

Assist warehouse supervisor in goods receiving of purchase order.

协助库房主管依照订单收货。

Assist warehouse supervisor in dispatch raw materials, semi-finished goods, packing materials and consumables for production order. Receiving goods return of raw materials, semi-finished goods, packing materials and consumables from production.

协助库房主管为生产发放原辅料、半成品、包材以及消耗品，从生产接收退回的物料。

Assist warehouse supervisor in receiving finished goods from production, finished goods delivery for customers order.

协助库房主管从生产接收成品以及根据客户销售订单进行成品销售发货。

Assist warehouse supervisor in goods storage management such as stock taking, goods status and expired data monitor.

协助库房主管物料仓储管理，如盘点、物料状态和物料有效期的监控。

Assist warehouse supervisor in warehouse management, such as warehouse safety, cleanliness, warehouse environment monitor, material flow etc.

协助库房主管进行库房管理，例如库房安全，清洁，库房环境监控，物料流向等。

Assist warehouse supervisor in waste material or finished goods collection and dispoal.

协助库房主管报废的物料或成品的收集和销毁。

Warehouse worker have the HSE responsibility, must follow the HSE detailed rules for employees, including PPE, materials safety, firefighting, forklift driving ,safety operation activities, emergency training and unsafety activities report etc.

库房员工有健康、安全和环境的职责。必须遵循有关公司制定的HSE的员工职责,包括个人防护、物料安全、消防安全、叉车安全、操作的安全行为、应急训练及不安全行为的及时汇报等

Warehouse worker have the quality responsibility, must follow the GMP policy and company SOP rules to report product complaints and adverse drug reactions, complete personal training, fill in documents and records etc.

库房员工负有质量的责任，必须遵循GMP和工厂SOP的要求报告产品投诉和药物不良反应、完成个人培训、填写文件和记录等

Warehouse worker have the energy-saving responsibility, should actively propose energy-saving suggestion, Support and participate the implementation of energy-saving projects etc.

库房员工有节能的职责，积极提出节能方案，支持和参与节能项目的实施等

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

Professional school education and above:

中专以上学历

Technical skills &

Competencies / Language

·  At least 2 years related working experience.

至少有两年在制药工厂或者从事库房相关工作的经验。

·  Forklift driver license holder is preferred

拥有叉车证书

·  Skills of MS office preferred

掌握MS office操作技能优先
