Job purpose, key tasks and responsibilities:

Medical Scientific Liaison purpose is to engage with CDC experts/physicians as a trusted source of medical information about SP vaccines, support identification & prioritization of relevant KOLs and stakeholders and provide feedback insights from the field.

医学科学联络官的职能是作为赛诺菲巴斯德疫苗医学信息的可靠来源，参与管理疾控中心专家/医生的工作，识别并选择相关关键意见领袖及利益相关者，传递学术理念，并将专家的观点反馈给公司。

·  Identify, build & maintain a solid network and partnerships with stakeholders. Engages external stakeholders on medical and scientific information in one-on-one interactions and group settings, exhibiting excellent scientific and clinical knowledge

构建牢固的专家关系，以及与专家的合作伙伴关系。通过一对一互动和研讨会等多种形式，与外部专家就医学科学信息进行交流，传递相关的学术信息。

·  Gathers data and generates insights from stakeholder interactions and provides feedback to the organization

收集信息，从与专家的交流中获取专家观点，并反馈给公司。

·  Collaborates routinely and effectively with internal stakeholders; Provide medical support and training to internal staff as appropriately requested

通过在外部会议中演讲展示巴斯德的学术观点，建立学术品牌形象。

·  Supports evidence-generation activities by aiding in data acquisition and identifying opportunities for further data collection clinical or investigator-led

在区域工作中发现合适的研究者及项目机会，支持证据生成活动。

·  Support external presentations through speaker briefings and event coordination

与内部跨部门同事沟通协作，为内部员工提供医学支持和培训。

·  Support AEFI related events by request

Needed experience, qualifications and competencies

期望的教育背景及能力

·  Length and width of previous experience

既往经验

·  At least 3 years of relevant work experience with strong scientific background & technical expertise in immunology, epidemiology, infectious disease

至少3年相关工作经验，具有免疫学、流行病学、传染性疾病方面的扎实科学背景和专业技术

·  Expertise in CDC immunization and infectious epidemiology and/or vaccine development is an asset

优先考虑具备疾控中心免疫和传染病流行病学和/或疫苗开发方面专业知识者

·  Professional qualifications

教育背景

·  Master degree in Medicine, epidemiology, Biology

临床医学、流行病学或生物学硕士学位

·  Functional/technical competencies
