Utilities Engineer (One Year Project)

Job description

Job Purpose:

·  Perform tasks to support in the cross functional risk assessment for Annex I compliance project.
·  Responsible for some utilities activities and its related technicians(Managing the Consumables / Spare parts inventory, PMP, reviewing, ordering the needed parts at the time)
·  Responsible for the different production’s areas Building maintenance with the area owner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Managing some technicians in the utilities area (duties, performance, vacations, overtime, training for the new equipment ..etc.)
·  Sharing the Prepare of yearly preventive maintenance plan (PMP), and post the monthly PMP to implement it by coordinates with production planning Dept. As well as the corrective Maintenance for all utilities equipment’s.
·  Check, insure records, and updating the logbooks for all equipment’s according to quality requirements.
·  Managing the Consumables / Spare parts inventory, reviewing, ordering the needed parts at the time.
·  Responsible for the different production’s areas Building maintenance with area owner.
·  Attend the PU meeting to collect all the required tasks from production.
·  Get the required offer and send it to area owner.
·  Review the PR on coupa system which will be issued by area owner.
·  Receive the required tasks from contractor and send to area owner to receive the PO on system.

Machines or Equipment’s Used:

Clean and Black Utilities’ Equipment and accessories.

Job Holder Entry Requirements:

Education:

·  Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical Section)

Related Experience:

·  1-3 years of experience within the same field

Special Knowledge/Skills:

·  Rapid Learning
·  Good communication skills   
·  Problem solving skills
·  Work under stress
·   Sense of urgency.
·   Good Command of M.S programs
·   Good Manufacturing practices (GMP) & Good documentation practice (GDP).
