Summary of Role and Responsibilities:

The Trainer will:

·  Be responsible for training cGMP topics to New Employee Orientation (NEO) and employees, HSE and Aseptic Gown and Qualification.
·  Support site with training needs during campaign and NEO and Train the Trainer on a regular basis. 
·  Understand adult learning theory and applying this to classroom training.
·  Train in classroom as well as lab environments.
·  Facilitate the transfer of learning to adults through engaging tools and instruction.
·  Provide training that helps  the site meet regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications: 

·  BA/BS degree required, preferably in a scientific field of study.
·  3-5  years of training experience in a cGMP environment with employees in exempt and non-exempt level roles
·  Experience and knowledge in aseptic process required for Class A/B or C/D rooms
·  Experience in evaluating and measurement of employee training and transfer of learning.
·  Ability to embed Adult Learning Theory in training and education.
·  Trainer must be or able to become Aseptic Gown trained and Qualified to train others and must maintain this status yearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  BA/BS degree in Sciences, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or Training and Development
·  Sterility Assurance (SA) knowledge to train SA Global classes.
·  Experience in Biologics industry.
