About the Opportunity

The Team assistant and project Co-ordinator is an administrative and project facilitation role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Market Access and Health Technology Appraisals (HTA) processes e.g. Submissions to the National Institute for Health and Care excellence (NICE).

The Patient Access (Market Access) Team works with the NHS to understand a constantly evolving environment and ensure Sanofi's medicines and vaccines are suitably aligned to offer maximum long-term value for our customers. Patient Access brings insight into the organisation and builds strategy based on the insight, working with colleagues across Public Affairs, Communications and across Sanofi's UK business units for whom we act as a business partner. Patient Access produces a coherent ‘access' strategy that considers optimal price, HTA strategy and supporting uptake and use in the NHS. With a portfolio that spans Rare Diseases to Vaccines we rely on collaborative ways of working and creative solutions in order to maintain access to new medicines and vaccines for UK and Irish patients.

Key responsibilities

·  Supports project management processes on HTA submissions;
·  Monitors HTA agencies' activity and reporting, including in the policy environment and disseminates key information within the organisation;
·  Acts as a point of contact for HTA agencies and responds to issues as they arise via the dedicated mailbox (UKIE-HTA);
·  Responsible for the development of HTA systems and records and analysis;
·  Monitor activity on the GB Patient Access mailbox, ensuring that the appropriate individuals are contacted and monitoring responses, so we maintain positive One Sanofi responsiveness through the mailbox;
·  Supports the administration activities for the Patient Access team as required (45% approx);
·  Proactively supports and assists the Head of Patient Access.

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:-

Essential requirements:

·  Previous administrator experience in a fast paced environment OR graduate;
·  Experienced in SharePoint, project management, systems and processes is essential, and a formal qualification is desirable;
·  High level knowledge of UK Patient Access (Market Access) processes and procedures is desirable;
·  Self-motivated with a demonstrated experience of working effectively in teams;
·  Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to multi task;
·  Demonstrated experience of being able to influence without authority, ensuring others adhere to agreed processes and deadlines;
·  Demonstrated experience of prioritising, working to tight and conflicting deadlines and under pressure;
·  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Office 365), particularly excel is essential and advanced level would be desirable.
