Senior Product Manager, US Marketing, Rare Disease - Fabry

This individual will play a key role on the US Fabry marketing team, responsible for leading HCP-facing activities related to Fabry disease and Fabrazyme in the US market. 

This role will be responsible for developing marketing materials that enhance disease understanding, build treatment drivers, and differentiate Fabrazyme using scientifically sound and market-based insights.

This position reports to the Head, US Marketing Fabry, MPS I, and Renal. The role will be cross-functional, requiring strong collaboration and synergies with Field Sales, Training, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Global Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

· 
Develop and execute HCP marketing tactics, across all channels, including digital, NPP, congress materials, promotional campaigns, etc.

· 
Lead HCP marketing efforts including message development, product positioning, branding and creative campaign development, to differentiate our products

· 
Participate in the creation of an integrated marketing plan and tactics to encompass the needs of the US field force and commercial organizations

· 
Partner with Market Research Business Partner to identify research needs and to execute market research studies to support strategic decision making

· 
Lead the approval process of the HCP Fabrazyme materials through Promotional Review Board (PRB) by executing marketing activities in compliance with medical, regulatory and legal requirements

· 
Analyze data, metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure return in investment (ROI) of various marketing tactics

· 
Build and maintain relationships with professional medical associations, disease experts and key opinion leaders in the Fabry space

· 
Manage multiple agency partners to produce deliverables on strategy within timelines and budget

· 
Travel approximately 20%

Qualifications

· 
3-5 years of related marketing experience

· 
Bachelor's degree required

· 
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory/compliance environment

· 
Demonstrated success working collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders such as Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Market Research, Training, Global Marketing, Sales

· 
Strong organizational and operational skills, with attention to detail and sound business judgment

· 
Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and communicate core brand positioning and messaging

· 
Strong critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset

· 
Proven project management skills including objective setting, prioritization, planning, timeline and budget management, and pull-though of clear action plans  

· 
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
