Key responsibilities

The Training / Quality (Intern) has a key role in working on our Training process, critically evaluating and implementing a revised training assessment process at Sanofi.

·  Involved in the reviewing of current procedures and SOP's with subject matter experts
·  Preparation of Presentations and or Overview Manuals with subject matter experts
·  Review and Approval of Presentations through Document Management System
·  Ensures training assessments and associated activities are completed in compliance with all required Sanofi and Regulatory requirements (Health & Safety, cGMP, Environmental etc.)
·  Ensure that the training system and documentation are in compliance with cGMP at all times
·  Ensure Evaluation of training is in line with best practice

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

·  2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in Science (e.g. Chemistry, Microbiology or Pharmacy preferred) or Business discipline
·  Ability to execute projects to required timeline
·  Good communication skills (written & oral)
·  Ability to use MS applications
·  Good organizational skills
·  Ability to multi task and prioritize workload
·  Ability to work as part of a team

If you pass this stage a member of our recruitment team will conduct a telephone screening interview with you. The final stage of the process will be for you to attend a face to face interview. You will be given the opportunity to meet some of your potential colleagues and managers whilst also learning a little more about what Sanofi is all about.
