Responsible for all the activities at Medchal and MRP Central Packing

Regulation of Visual Inspection, AQL, Labeling and Packing activities. Stock statement preparation and maintenance. CCF and deviation management. Maintaining of Batch accounts for all products. Sample vials arrangement for Kasauli and Exports. Protocol preparation, Co-ordination with QA and QC. On Job training for the employees (Packing). Operator training and qualification. Co-ordination with Engineering, marketing, purchase and Regulatory affairs. Online documentation as per GMP and GDP. To ensure transfer of finished goods after packing. TOR related documentation and filled product movement. ATHENA postings & related activities as per the requirement. Preparation and review of SOP’s, RST’s, Batch packing records, Validation protocols for packing activities. BPR review and FPRC related documentation and follow up. Training to employees on SOP, GMP and BPR. Batch planning for 2D Barcode printing and batch variable data printing on Track and Trace  machine and PCR units.  Verification of issued controlled copies in the department once in a month. Verification of periodic review of SOPs as per GEODE+ notifications for packaging operations. Safety PEP talk implementation. Job Risk assessment and training. To ensure adherence to safety procedures, SOP and PPE by operators. Effective LEX communication to reduce and prevent recurrences.
