POSITION SUMMARY

The Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) Franchise Marketing Professional, will be responsible for the management of marketing programs critical to the success of the Sanofi Genzyme RBD Team. The successful candidate will support tactical execution of the portfolio marketing strategy including promotional review board (PRB) management across the portfolio. The Franchise Marketing Professional will report to the Senior Manager of Rare Blood Disorders Franchise Marketing Operations and will be based in Cambridge, MA.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Manage Promotional Review Board (PRB) gatekeeping for select Rare Blood Disorder brands and pipeline products
·  Ensure that all marketing processes, documents and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines
·  Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure execution towards PRB objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Minimum BA / BS degree
·  Preferred 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or project management at a pharmaceutical or biotech company
·  Previous review board experience preferred
·  Knowledge expertise in the field of Hematology preferred
·  Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
·  Proven ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position
·  Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills
·  Must be dependable, organized, self-motivated and goal oriented
·  Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion is essential
·  Proven ability to be action oriented, self-motivated with track record of being an enthusiastic and effective team player with experience leading and influencing others to ensure successful outcomes
·  Proactively communicates timetables for completion of tasks
·  Ability to navigate organization with minimal direction, in support of completing tasks
·  Flexibility to accommodate a constantly changing environment
·  Comfortable working in a fast pace and high expectation organization where the focus is on both what you do, and how you accomplish your goals and objectives
