Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.
Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Marketing Business Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Market intelligence (the aim is to anticipate changes and develop business)

·  Monitor and analyse market data to adapt team's strategy
·  Identify new customers while maintaining relationships with current customers
·  Participate to establish forecast in the Long-Range Plan (LRP) process
·  Co-build the commercial call plan with sales team
·  Scope in Japan/APAC: Customers, Products, Competitors, Prices
·  Conduct competitive research and analyse benchmarking data

Mix marketing

·  Identify events in Japan /APAC contributing to department's image, reputation and sales prospection; define a selection with the most impactful
·  Identify top influencers to collaborate with: social media, on-line B2B platforms (links strategy and/or media campaign and/or participation)
·  Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
·  Support events management in Japan/APAC

REQUIREMENTS

·  Master's degree in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Management, Chemistry, Healthcare Management or another relevant field
·  Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare industry
·  Previous exposure to Japan cultural context would be a plus (internship, a period of higher education or holidays)
·  Previous project management experience
·  Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Power Paint, Word)
·  Fluent English and at least intermediate level of Japanese (written and spoken)
·  Strong project management skills; solid analytical skills; motivated and inquisitive by market intelligence/market research; business and customer oriented
