Lab Technician

Small scale fermentation for selection of high-producer strain.

Culture media preparation and sterilization.

Microbiology checks for strain improvement laboratory project.

Small scale fermentation for process improvement and use of robotic platform for fermentation processes.

Data analysis.

Extraction of antibiotic from fermentation broths for Analytical evaluation; support to analytical area for fermentation broth analysis.

Ensure the maintenance of a good level of housekeeping in the laboratory and the application of Good Laboratories Practices.

Unsure the application of basic HSE guidelines and SOPs in the laboratory.

Knowledge and application of basic cGMP practices during the laboratories activities.
