Job description
JOB PURPOSE/PRIORITIES:
As Junior Product Manager, responsible for the management and performance of the designated product of Dupixent by developing strategies that will differentiate the product with competitive advantages based on clear understanding of the corporate objectives and the healthcare environment.
Key priorities are as below:
1) Plan and Implement marketing plan/operating plan for promotional activities in line with the marketing strategy.
2) Shape the Atopic Dermatitis/Asthma market & the Brand, through active external/internal stakeholder management
3) Maximize brand performance for adult Atopic Dermatitis Dupixent
4) Prepare for the future indications launch; Adolescent/Children Atopic Dermatitis and respiratory indications
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
Report to Dupixent Product Manager
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Develop and implement Dupixent marketing/operation plan
Understand Atopic Dermatitis market based on comprehensive research and cross-functional intelligence
Articulate the key issues & opportunities and develop the brand strategy
Propose the resource plan to capitalize maximum opportunities
2) Shape the Atopic Dermatitis / Asthma market & the Brand, through active external/internal stakeholder management
Run unbranded disease campaign by engaging multi-channels engagement
Support patients with programs for understanding disease and receiving proper treatment
Lead brand team to get necessary support and cooperation in Global Functions
Alignment and communication with global & JPAC
3) Maximize brand performance for adult Atopic Dermatitis Dupixent
Plan and execute the promotion plans seamlessly, engaging KTLs and societies
Deliver the promotional materials accommodating market/sales needs on-demand
4) Prepare for the future indication launch; Adolescent/Children Atopic Dermatitis and respiratory indications
Develop new indication launch plans based on extensive market intelligence.
Plan and execute pre-marketing disease/unbranded activities
Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences
Language skills:
Fluent in English & Korean
Education:
University of college graduated
Experience & knowledge:
Marketing experience at least 3 years in Pharmaceutical Business in sales and marketing
Preferred major; pharmacy, biology or business
Track record in achieving result
Track record in cross-functional effectiveness
Preferred to have launch experience & Familiarity to derma or respiratory TA
