Job Summary:

Information Technology and Solutions is searching for an Enterprise Architect (EA) to join its global and multi-cultural team. Under the label “Core Capabilities”, the scope of work corresponds to the backbone of operations and business support including the ERP platforms (financial back office, shared services and functions, supply chain and manufacturing), as well as SaaS solutions implemented in this context (e.g. Workday for Human Resources). The Core Capabilities include the key infrastructure components (in particular Networking, Public Cloud, and Integration Platforms).

The EA team is tasked with reducing the technical debt and enabling end-to-end integration of Sanofi processes, embedding agility, automation and resilience in the entire IT landscape.

The EA team solves concrete problems while keeping in mind the big picture and Sanofi long-term digital transformation. The EA team is connected very closely to business stakeholders and IT engineers in a spirit of co-construction and acts as trusted advisors.

The key responsibilities for our future team member are:

·  Formalization of a architecture strategy for a standalone Consumer Healthcare business unit
·  In cooperation with the different stakeholders, formalization of guidance related to key Infrastructure capabilities (cloud computing, containerization)
·  Alignment with the Data & Analytics roadmap and operationalization of the master data operations in particular for products and employees
·  Defining target landscapes in case of Acquisition, Merger or Divestiture operations
 

The EA team is small and is composed of senior profiles with track records in most functional areas and various layers of IT. Polyvalence, agility and multiskilling are key for success.

Job Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT engineering
·  Strategic thinking and focused on business value
·  Passion for agile approaches and transformation
·  Hands-on functional understanding of at least one of the functional area covered, ideally with experience of regulated domains (GDPR, GxP, SOX, Transparency)
·  Relevant expertise in technology (hosting, public cloud services, network and more generally services delivered by Infrastructure Teams)
·  Excellent written and oral English communication skills
·  Energy and enthusiasm to devise creative solutions, challenging the status quo
·  Committed to own the end to end solutioning of issues
·  Ability to facilitate the negotiation with multiple parties to reach a compromise and at ease with ambiguity
