Manage the Present

Manage the quality of the Perfect Store program across the International region to ensure we are “Playing to Win” in all our KPI’s and target setting

Create the Environment

Support the Regional Commercial team to  build a fit for winning  commercial community across the International region through the constant evaluation of our Perfect Store program and Raising of the Bar

Job Description

Create the Environment

Ownership of the International Perfect Store Program and its standards to ensure Profitable Market Share growth

· 
Ensure the standards that are being set in the TRAX KPI submissions are suitable, competitive and will drive profitable market share growth e.g. #Facings, Contribution of MSL, WGLL Definition of Location instore

· 
Continuously challenge the sales organisation (HoS and HoTM) to ensure that our standards are of good enough level to deliver growth

· 
Help the Regional Commercial team to build a mindset of “Play to Win” throughout the International region

Manage the Present

Ensure our Perfect Store Management System TRAX operates at a level which ensures Perfect Store Integrity

· 
Ensure TRAX system data integrity and accuracy are maintained at all times by collaborating with TRAX team members and managers from each of the markets

· 
Management of regional quarterly KPI uploads for the Contract and Events scenarios

· 
Management of the monthly store uploads from each of the countries

· 
Support the markets on all technical issues (Tier 2 and upwards)

· 
Management of the Budget tracking for the Perfect Store program and TRAX contract

· 
Assist in maintaining updated information on all system KPIs, Store/User file, Product and POSM images, data remediation per quarter in line to the updated quarter canvas, and cycle plan per country.

Manage the Present

Analysis and Insight on Commercial Opportunities from the TRAX image recognition system

· 
Complete zone, country, channel, store and rep level analysis to identify sales opportunities on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

· 
Ensure key Perfect store KPI’s are communicated to the organisation in a timely and relevant way

· 
Regional tracking of key compliance topics such as Geo Location tracking, Time Spent instore Macro and reviewing data anomalies

Create the Future

Focus the region on the expansion of the Perfect Store program across new markets and channels

· 
Support countries in the roll out of the Perfect Store program and TRAX image recognition system

· 
Lead the training and development of the relevant country teams to ensure a BiC roll out program

· 
Define the nature of the Perfect Store program across new channels such as E-Commerce and build a relevant set of KPI’s for the channel

· 
Support in the tracking of our E-Commerce KPI’s through our platform Edge.

· 
Help build the future of the perfect store program both through redefining our instore KPI’s but also the improvement of the TRAX system to ensure our technological solutions are ahead of the market place.

Experience Required

· 
At least 4 years Business Experience in Sales with minimum 2 years’ experience in Trade Marketing

· 
Prior working experience in MNC or Local Firm for FMCG/OTC

· 
In-depth knowledge of modern trade and multi-channel experience (inc. E-Commerce) preferred within the region

· 
In- Depth understanding of core 3P/4D strategies for commercial activation

· 
Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a 'hands on' style

· 
Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment

· 
Customer-oriented

· 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player

·
