Innovation Ambassador

Job description

RESPONS IBILITIES

·  Develop and implement communication strategy to promote a strong and reliable brand for Sanofi iHub internally (in China and towards) and externally
·  Fully manage and coordinate iHub external and internal events (e.g. Annual Innovation Summit, hackathons, etc.). Actively engage in content production, and management of social media platforms and major media. Pro-actively promote the events. Monitor external events in which Sanofi could participate to promote iHub activities.
·  Promote Innovation culture in Sanofi China through talks with external experts, newsletters, trainings, workshops etc.
·  Build and manage a group of Innovation passionates across Sanofi China, and build connection with the other Innovation Hubs within Sanofi globally
·  Cultivate relationship with external partners and broader ecosystem including China's incubators, VCs, universities etc.
·  Support Innovation ideation across departments by organizing workshops and cultivating intrapreneurship.

QUALIFICATIONS

Language skil ls:

·  English/Mandarin: fluent both in verbal and in written

Experience & competencies:

·  5+ years in corporate internal communication and/or managing corporate social media
·  Experience in event planning and organization
·  Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills in English and mandarin
·  Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with Corporate leaders and Startup Founders
·  Strong track record in producing high-quality communication materials (e.g., presentations, speeches) for senior executives
·  Proven experience in leading and working with cross-functional stakeholders
·  Passionate about Innovation. Technology and innovation industry background preferred
