Job description

Manage / Participate in the production shop floor quality follow up / monitoring  

Manage the cold chain for temperature sensitive products and in chage of the cold chain data management .

Participate in related deviation, change control, self-inspection and CAPA.

Participate in the related quality plan.

Participate in trouble resolving related to the shop floor quality, participate in the preventive maintenance and validation activities.

Specific degree, duration of experience (Required to hold the job):

1. Chinese with college qualification or above.

2. Pharmaceutical and /or biological background; shop floor quality experience in advantage.

Competencies (LEAD model):

Key technical competencies and soft skills:

1. Several years of related experience in similar field (shop floor quality).

2. Computer skill: word, excel, powerpoint at least.

3. English: Oral, read and writing skill.
