Requirement for the Role

This position is for both recent graduates and midcareer individuals who are Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident. \Candidates should preferably hold a degree human resource related course and/or relevant experiences from previous jobs.

Able to commit to the full 9 months training / attachment.

Traineeship/ attachment description:

This position reports to the Zone Consumer Health Care (CHC) HR Business Partner and he/she interfaces with cross functional team across the countries to support HR projects. Sanofi aspires to be the BEST Consumer Healthcare in the world as we employ the BEST talents from around the world.

The Trainees will gain exposure to the following functional areas:

· HR generalist scope of activities

· Project Management on Strategic HR projects

· Change Management

· Cross functional stakeholder management

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Strategic HR Projects:

Highly involved in preparation of CHC key project on CHC carve in standalone organization, including coordinating with Country HR teams on social process, workforce planning, target organization design, people transfer for Day 1 organization.

2. Work alongside with Zone and country HR team to support Change Management & Culture projects.

3. Support Zone HR in delivery of key priorities on talent development, CHC employer branding, culture development, HR analytics and day-to-day management.

4. Support Zone HR in CHC Employer Branding project, working with the Global and International team.
