About the Opportunity

If you enjoy customer interaction and resolving queries this is an ideal opportunity to enhance your techniques and knowledge by joining us as an HR Customer Services Junior Analyst. You will be part of an international, multi-cultural organisation which is focussed on transforming its HR employee services by adopting artificial intelligence and robots, leaving you to be the focus on adding value to the customer by being the first point of contact of Sanofi employees regarding HR related queries. We support flexible working.

Your responsibilities

·  Handling incoming phone calls and emails from employees regarding HR queries and issues
·  Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries
·  Delivering high quality standard service to customers, seeking ways to improve client satisfaction and process improvement opportunities
·  Supporting the process team by writing knowledge articles on content provided
·  Respect agreed SLA
·  Escalating if required to Level 2 or to the Query Handling Lead

What we are looking for in you

·  Strong communication skills, action orientated and organized
·  Previous Customer service experience is an advantage
·  HR process knowledge is an advantage
·  Flexibility to work in afternoon shift (15:00 – 23:00)
·  Fluency in English AND in French
