Finance Business Partner - Primary Care Hungary

Finance Business Partner provides an accurate & timely picture of the financial situation and business performance both for actual, short-term and mid-term of his perimeter. Builds and updates the BU´s/ Geography forecasts (Budget, Trends, Long Range Plan). Prepares reports, analyzes and explains variances versus target (and to market and peers when applicable). Provides advice or challenges operational management and other stakeholders. Is accountable for the data quality and compliance with group policies. Makes sure corporate finance procedures are implemented and respected in his/her perimeter.

Main responsibilities:

·  Builds and updates his / her perimeter‘s forecasts (Budget, Trends, Long Range Plan)
·  Prepares accurate periodic reporting
·  Analyzes and explains variances, with market and competition analysis when applicable
·  Makes proactive recommendations on business improvement
·  Ensures appropriate follow up of activity-specific areas
·  Elaborates business models and performs financial and business analyses and follow-up on new opportunities and acquisitions, including alliances and partnerships

Requirements:

·  Master degree in Economics, Accounting or similar field (other higher education possible if significant finance experience)
·  2-3 years experience on similar field
·  strong accounting and financial knowledge and experience
·  Fluent knowledge of English is a must
·  Hungarian is a must
·  Strong Excel knowledge
·  Very strong analytical skills
·  Ability to make a decisions
·  Ability to work in a team
·  Excellent communication skills and ability to express own opinion
·  Strong business acumen and ability to challenge status quo
·  Experience in controlling will be an asset
·  SAP, TM1, HFM knowledge is a plus
