Engineering Co-Op

Job Description:

Prospective students to work closely with engineers and the compliance team to help solve manufacturing, equipment and facility related issues in a highly regulated cGMP environment. Student to support the biologics business unit ensuring continued delivery of high quality products to patients.

Assist Engineering with the following:

·  Troubleshooting equipment issues (Deviations)
·  Investigating equipment related failures (Investigations)
·  Implementing equipment related changes (CCRs/CAPAs)
·  Updating drawings
·  Updating procedures
·  Specifying parts
·  Capturing user requirements
·  Walkdown of equipment
·  Defining spare parts for equipment
·  Evaluation of preventative maintenance

Qualifications:

·  Student in an engineering program (Preference is Chemical, Mechanical, Computer System, Electrical)
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Self-starter capable of working in a high paced environment
·  Enjoy hands-on work and interest in all things mechanical and automated
·  Strong Computer Skills and Proficiency in MS Office is Required
