RESPONS IBILITIES

·  Define and update Sanofi China business architecture governance principles to reflect corporate-level strategy and business needs
·  Translate business architecture governance principles into enterprise architecture guidelines & standards, with continuous refinement
·  Create Sanofi China enterprise architecture blueprint for application & data layers, periodically review and update blueprint in regards to business strategy and technical demands
·  Provide integrated view of China-specific as well as “global in China” applications & data
·  Counsel Sanofi China digital portfolio management, ensure it fits into with the overall enterprise-wide architecture blueprint
·  Consult China local digital projects (e.g. BU driven local application) and ensure compliance with architecture blueprint & guidelines
·  Work closely with ITS to ensure alignment on architecture principles, guidelines & blueprint across China and global

QUALIFICATIONS

Language skil ls:

·  English/Mandarin: fluent both in verbal and in written

Experience & competencies:

·  7+ years experience in corporate level architecture blueprint design and governance management
·  Strong technological knowledge, covering architecture, next generation computing and data science with deep understanding of modern software and code development techniques
·  Seen as an expert within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys and trends
·  Strong communication skills and extensive experience in large corporate of complex digital landscape
