BRAND MANAGER - SANOFI PASTEUR

In this Role
 

You will be responsible for the strategic design of the assigned products, ensuring compliance with the market share parameters, sales objectives, profitability, and expense budget defined in the Marketing Plan.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Develop the strategic platform (Brand Plan) for the products under its responsibility: sales, promotional investment, product profitability based on market analysis and the performance of each product to guarantee target growth.
·  Coordinate together with Sales Managers, the execution of marketing strategies to achieve the defined objectives.
·  Lead the product launches in charge, from preparation to launch to meet the sales objective.
·  Support the sales force in field work by providing tools and materials to meet sales objectives.
·  He is responsible for the A&P budget, the decision-making on its distribution, based on parameters of value and market potential, growth, etc.
·  He is responsible for developing, within the S&OP framework, a business plan on a demand based on Sellout and for complete tracking of supply plans.
·  It is responsible for ensuring that we have a correct pricing process, leveraged on price-volume and competition analysis.
·  Is responsible for promoting and integrating integrated care initiatives plans into the strategy
·  Is responsible for developing and centrally producing promotional materials.
·  Constantly monitor and evaluate the behavior of the pharmaceutical market in order to design strategies in the field and achieve the established objectives.
·  Ensure medical support in order to obtain the required support, as well as the necessary approvals for the preparation of all promotional material that will be used by the sales force and analyze the needs of the assigned products and market opportunities.
·  Develop and maintain harmony in medical-scientific relationships so that they allow them to achieve the objectives of their products and the company.
·  Comply with and enforce the internal control policies and procedures, both local and corporate, and report any irregularities that are detected regarding them.
·  Identify and report acts and unsafe working conditions to carry out immediate corrective measures and protect the human element and assets of the company based on corporate policies of Ecology, Hygiene and Safety.

Your competencies : To succeed in the role, we require candidates to have

·  Education:  Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related.
·  Experience & knowledge:  To succeed in the role, we require candidates to have:
·  3 years’ experience in brand coordination or marketing in a pharmaceutical company (desirable)
·  Availabiity to travel
·  Advanced level of reading, spoken and written English
