Apprenti(e) Rectifieur H/F

Job description

Au sein de la Direction Industrielle, vous intégrerez la ligne Pignons.
Rattaché au Chef d'Atelier Rectification de la ligne Pignons, vous serez en charge de réaliser l'usinage de pignons civils et militaires sur rectifieuse à commande numérique. Vous êtes le garant de la conformité des pièces et du bon enregistrement des données de production.

A ce titre, les missions principales qui vous seront confiées sont les suivantes :

·  • Préparer les pièces pour lancement de la production
·  • Préparer l'outillage et les documents liés à son opération
·  • Réaliser l'usinage
·  • Faire les contrôles intégrés des pièces en sortie d'usinage
·  • Participer à la réalisation de programmes d'usinage
·  • Assurer un niveau de qualité constant en réglant et remplaçant les outils coupants si nécessaire
·  • Réaliser la maintenance premier niveau des centres d'usinages
·  • Déclarer les non-conformités détectées
·  • Décharger les activités dans SAP
·  • Maintenir le poste de travail, la chaîne et les outils en conformité avec les procédures
·  • Respecter les règles SSE
