Job Description

Position Purpose

Required a Civil Associate to assist Plant Maintenance Head as well as to guide contractors to meet the Plant requirements.

Key Accountabilities

·  Civil drawings & able to raise concerns
·  Prepare / identify action item before start-up of any activity executing work
·  Site management, to asses executing jobs at site.
·  Contactor’s manager to ensure job progress as per plan
·  BOQ (Billing of Quantity) preparation
·  Exposure & Knowledge of different check to be carried out to maintain quality of work
·  Safety & Permit system
·  Centering of column, RCC constituents of M25, M30, and M20 etc. grade.
·  Storage and consumption of cement steel in projects
·  Billing & Verification procedure

·  Documentation knowledge
·  Multiple (3 to 4) Work Sites Handling with strength of 5 to 15 workforce,
·  BOQ
·  Drawings Validation
·  Job Scheduling in line of given scope
·  Handled Project Value > 1 CR
·  Work Place Safety Management,
·  Contract Management
·  Lifting & Mobile tools compliances

Education:  B-Tech / Diploma Civil

Experience: 5 to 7  / 8 to 9 years

Business Trips (Percentage): 20 to 30%
