Role and Responsibilities

·  Responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Kit Packing, Warehousing, Inventory and Logistics areas..
·  Coordinating the scheduling and execution of planning, kit packing and logistics procedures.
·  The Individual will be responsible for order management as well as analyzing and communicating future months delivery schedule to ensure that delivery targets are met.
·  The Individual will also be responsible for inventory accuracy in the warehouse and for its physical counting/cycle counts and stock takes.
·  The Individual will be responsible for and be the link between Global Planners and Site Supply Chain with regards to stat delivery date management.
·  The Individual will be responsible for capacity and equipment planning within the areas of operation.
·  The Individual will be responsible for detailed Inventory, Warehousing and logistics reporting and metrics.
·  Manage logistical complaints from Hubs.
·  Ensure that the site has sufficient packaging materials.
·  Manage OTIF and ensure that this complies with the company's objectives and goals.
·  Monitor and track all outbound and inbound shipments.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·  Four (4) years relevant experience with high school education.
·  Associate's Degree in business, logistics, warehouse management or related field is preferable.
·  Knowledge and experience as well as full understanding of ERP system setup (SAP), and maintenance is preferred at a minimum of 2 years.
·  Demonstrate knowledge of distribution processes and import/export activities
·  Demonstrate knowledge of inventory management and physical counting coordination
·  Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as excellent problem solving and analytical abilities required.
·  Experience with P1U SAP, ISO,GDP and GMP would be preferred
·  Working knowledge of Quality Compliance Systems (NCR's, CR's, CAPA systems) would be beneficial.
·  Sound knowledge of cross functional areas of business to include manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain.
·  Sound knowledge of MRP/SAP system logic would be beneficial.

The position requires an individual with the ability to multi-task and thrives in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills are required for this role to ensure that objectives are achieved and communicated to all stakeholders.
