You will be responsible for:
· Prestage of a professional trainer, focusing on refining the professional skills to fulfill the requirements for a qualified technical trainer.
· Absorbing the technical knowledge and soft skills needed for routine work in training center.
· Coached by mentors, deliver technical training courses for internal employees, customers and distributors in the fields or other campuses.
· To adhere to the policy and processes for training delivery in order to enable a standardized course delivery.
· Arranging training systems, materials and classrooms to ensure that the courses can be delivered in the most optimum conditions (classrooms, systems and lab environment).
· Order/return parts/reagent for training requirements, to ensure the training courses can be delivered as scheduled.
· Training systems maintenances to keep good running status for training purpose.
· Reporting and transfering technical problem to GCS using Clarify complaint management.
· Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
· Conducting business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
You should have:
· At least Bachelor degree in relevant majorities
· Good command of English in both spoken and written
· Good command of MS office software application
· Product & Application Expertise
· At least 1 years of working experience in relevant areas
