Responsibilites

As an IT Business Partner you will be responsible for:

· 
Ensures that business stakeholders needs and drivers are understood and services provided by Local IT are prioritized and operated accordingly

· 
Business stakeholders satisfaction is high and a constructive relationship between Local IT and business stakeholders is established and maintained

· 
Understanding business demands and translating them to technical language, finding the best possible technical solution

· 
Providing consultancy to business stakeholders

· 
Aligning about new service or product introduction, considering business priorities and technical possibilities

· 
Proactively seeking opportunities to propose Roche standard technical solutions that add value to business stakeholders

· 
Handling business stakeholder feedback (positive or negative) in a constructive way

· 
Driving continuous service improvement

· 
selecting, developing, and evaluating Local IT colleagues to ensure efficient and high quality operation

· 
providing people management to Local IT team members

· 
ensuring that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved

· 
making sure that local IT related services are provided in a customer centric, proactive and professional manner

· 
managing internal IT related projects and activities

Qualifications

You have University education; preferably in IT related discipline and you are fluent inEnglish. You bring at least 3-4 years of broad-ranging experience in a call center-, help desk- or IT desk-side support environment with 2-3 years of relevant leadership & management experience with proven track record in running high performance environments in multiple technical and business domains. You have an ITIL v3 certificate.

Furthermore you bring the following skills and competences:

· 
Experienced in Escalation- and Account Management (Demand & Relationship Management)

· 
Excellent coordination, communication and organisational skills (for a team)

· 
You have outstanding customer orientation and service focus

· 
You are highly team-oriented with strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, change management, leadership and motivating skills.
