As a Talent Partner in Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with Genentech leaders in the full lifecycle recruitment of talent to Genentech. You will individually manage a portfolio of openings, focus on exceptional client and candidate management. You will work with hiring managers in various client groups to ensure that Genentech has the talent required to meet business objectives. You will also strongly collaborate in a team environment and support Senior/Principal/Director Talent Partners with a high volume of openings who will delegate requisitions that you will manage independently. Lastly, you will partner with the Human Resource Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Management to contribute to annual recruiting priorities and specific quarterly objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· 
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a portfolio of requisitions

· 
Partner with senior Talent Partners in opening requisitions, review resumes/applications, process offers in Workday, and other recruiting activities

· 
Support onboarding of candidates by processing offer letters, process I-9 documentation, and respond to inquiries while maintaining quality and compliance.

· 
Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with internal processes

· 
Ensure recruiting solutions are consistent with Talent Acquisition goals and objectives

· 
Partner with Diversity and Talent Discovery to develop and implement sourcing plans and strategies for client groups

· 
Implement social media strategies for specific groups and coordinate candidate outreach activities with recruitment advertising agency

· 
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across Human Resources and other groups within Talent Acquisition (Mobility, Talent Operations, Competitive Intelligence, etc)

· 
Coach managers in providing feedback to candidates, developing and extending competitive offers

· 
Utilize, update and maintain our applicant tracking system, Workday

· 
Ensure compliance to Federal, State and local regulations

· 
Demonstrate understanding of relocation and immigration process and resources

· 
Participate on recruiting projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS :

· 
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science or equivalent work experience is required

· 
5+ years of work experience with three or more years recruiting experience is required

· 
Corporate recruiting and biotechnology/pharmaceutical recruiting experience preferred

· 
One or more years of project management experience in a corporate environment

· 
1-2 years of client/stakeholder management experience in a mid-large size company

· 
Experience working with HR systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required; preferably Workday

· 
Working knowledge of corporate business operations and the ability to translate business needs into recruitment strategies and actions

· 
Demonstrated experience with sourcing methods such as direct sourcing, recruitment tools, networking, employee referrals, college and diversity

· 
Understanding of compensation guidelines

· 
Ability to track and implement recruitment metrics

· 
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

· 
Demonstrated proficiency with Macs/ PCs and applications (Word, Excel, gDoc, gSheets, and databases) is required

· 
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills is required, displaying a strong drive for results and a positive solutions-oriented attitude
