As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Roche Diagnostics International Ltd, you provide the client organization with the right talents, act as a consultant and you contribute to the overall success of Roche Recruitment.

Your main tasks include but are not limited to:

·  Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs
·  Manage and coordinate the full recruitment process incl. budget and timelines, reporting, level of service, candidate experience according to minimum standards and agreed KPIs
·  Handle candidate workflow in compliance with our e-recruitment system
·  Be knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and selection tools
·  Act as a sparring partner to the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process
·  Build credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach line management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment and partner up with stakeholders within HR
·  Demonstrate compliance with local employment laws/regulations as well as the company's hiring policy
·  Promote the company brand to candidates and external service providers

The key requirements and preferred qualifications for this position include:

·  University degree, a higher degree or equivalent
·  Successful track record in recruitment with tight deadlines and KPIs
·  Experience in a global and/or matrix environment or in the life sciences industry and/or executive search company
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle
·  Proficiency in applying sourcing and selection methods
·  Passion for building relationships and networking in the local and international market
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills
·  Fluent spoken and written language skills English is a must, German would be an asset
·  Strong self-starter with good team skills and a pronounced service orientation
·  Workday experience is a plus
