Main responsibilities:

· 
Serving as a trusted partner for the talent acquisition related solutions which influence business decisions

· 
End to end position and candidate management for the dedicated department within Roche

· 
Possessing talent, market and skills expertise in order to identify, develop and acquire the best talents

· 
Strongly contribute to the delivery of the TA strategy

· 
Delivering face to face interviews with the hiring managers

· 
Understanding Roche (SSC) business and competitor's strategy to identify solutions and provide business impact

· 
Developing talent market and skills expertise in order to identify, develop and acquire the best talents

· 
Conducting market intelligence: Utilize market data analysis to predict industry trends and build competitive advantage

· 
Strategic sourcing and pipelining: Engage passive talent for current and future demands, candidates with complex roles

· 
Setting and executing sourcing strategy on specific hiring projects

· 
Identifying the best recruitment sources (i.e. job boards, social media, & new recruitment technologies, etc.)

Qualifications

· 
At least 3 years of experience in Talent acquisition

· 
Good verbal and written communication and team management skills

· 
BSc degree, preferably in Human Resources Management

· 
Good communication and influencing skills

· 
Client orientation

· 
Proactive and growth mindset

· 
Accuracy

· 
Very good skills in English and in international & intercultural collaboration
