You will be responsible for:

·  Understanding distributor training objectives and situation, collecting and analyzing distributor training needs, developing distributor training strategy and action plan upon training needs of the channel
·  Training and all other activities of Roche Distributor Academy. (e.g. skill-set related trainings, and other trainings upon business needs, etc.)
·  Implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of distributor learning solutions, platform/system and programs, continuously ensure their alignment to business goals
·  Evaluating distributor training program's effectiveness and monitoring the post-training action plan's implementation
·  Organizing distributor's training activities in accordance with the distributor's learning and development plan to enhance the performance of distributor and channel execution, ensuring that distributor training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, within established budget, and in accordance with the Roche policies and standards
·  Analyzing and identifying the training needs of the distributors and their employees and develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the company
·  Partnering with function departments to launch the tailor-made programs and curriculums to meet the distributor and channel needs and consistent with RD China's overall channel learning and development strategy. Obtaining feedback and inputing to make sure that post-program effectiveness evaluation mechanism is in place to evaluate ROI on newly learning and development programs.
·  Compiling handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that distributor training programs are delivered with high quality resources
·  Managing the e-learning solutions & platform (cornerstone) to meet the business needs and consistent with Roche channel development, and distributor overall learning & Development strategy. Analyze, identify, and implement changes/upgrades to the existing one to support channel's growth.
·  Selecting, and managing ongoing relationships with, external consultants and training providers according to the company's policy and process, ensure that the company receives satisfactory standards of service
·  Keeping up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the company's training activities remain current and relevant
·  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
·  Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
·  Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

You should have:

·  Bachelor degree majored in Business Administration, Public Relation or Human Resource Management related fields
·  Proven ability on project and event management and communication
·  Familiar with distributor management
·  Good command of MS office software application
·  Over 6 years of administrative and customer service experience, preferably 3 years' or above in MNC environment
