Title: Service Integrator Digital Process Automation

Department: Global IT

Summary:

You will be a member of a global Workplace Automation Team (WPA) and are accountable for the definition, design and delivery of consumer centric services.

As a Service Integrator you are focused on service and project delivery. You are working closely together with technically focused Service Owners and delivery units and with consumer facing stakeholders and partners. The set of Services you offer delivers value to the consumer putting their needs in the center. The delivered service can be any combination of existing Services offered by other teams and Services you own as a Service Owner. To complete your Service delivery you co-create and provide a service roadmap and act as a Product Owner in projects and initiatives evolving your service. In addition you have oversight on resources related to your Services and work with your stakeholders on budget and portfolio planning as input to the Integrated Service Owner.

Key responsibilities:

Main contacts for service area

· 
In charge of vendor management

· 
Lead initiatives or change implementations to introduce new capabilities or extension of an existing service considering dependent services

· 
Find new technologies to improve our services

· 
Managing consumer and stakeholder experience and satisfaction with the service while appropriate focusing on cost efficiency

· 
Defining service marketing/communications in collaboration with the Change Management team to consumers to drive appropriate use of the service

· 
Tracking service utilization and cost to ensure GIS is doing the most with our resources

· 
Ensuring meaningful qualitative & quantitative KPIs are in place and are managed

· 
Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement across all components that comprise the service

· 
Creating and maintaining trust and mutual understanding

· 
Determines the value of the service (area) and positions contained services.

· 
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience

· 
Excellence in product/service management and customer relationship/account management.

· 
Managing all aspects of a successful product/service integration

· 
Requirements Analysis, Planning, and Strategy development.

· 
Working effectively within cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

· 
Drive Service Strategy definition/redefinition and execution

· 
Derive goals from Strategy - define goals, share goals and execute plans accordingly

· 
Manage stakeholder engagement, e.g. define interview series, execute related activities, and consolidate and compare results against strategy

· 
Provides regular status updates

· 
Setup Service structures, e.g. following scrum methodology with backlogs etc.

· 
Be a multiplier (with TCs), do information sharing (with ISO)

· 
Is the contact person for ISOs for service cluster strategy execution

· 
Acts as the escalation point for Service Owners

· 
Enables ISOs to focus at integrated service level

Qualifications:

· 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology or business information systems or a related field is preferred.

· 
Strong knowledge of Pega capabilities and integration with other systems is a must.

· 
Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly preferred, as well as Project or Product Management experience

· 
Proven ability to lead cross-functional and virtual matrix teams towards mutual success, and flexibility to work during hours that allow for meetings with colleagues. Some travel may also be required.

· 
Passion for technology with the ability to comprehend complex technical and business issues and assess, evaluate and articulate options and solution

· 
Product Management/Marketing experience, including weighing and balancing multiple competing requests, is highly preferred

· 
Good problem-solving and communication skills to deal with escalations and to communicate both in writing and verbally with clients in a way that they can understand

· 
Good influencing and decision-making skills to influence consumers to choose cost-effective solutions for their organizations and teams.

· 
Able to follow up with external teams to drive action items to completion

· 
Prior experience working with security, legal, data privacy governance of cloud based tools within an enterprise is desirable

· 
Experience in working with near- or off-shored service providers for development and operational activities preferred

· 
Fluent English speaking and writing

· 
Strong analytical skills

· 
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
