The Position
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader where you can truly make your mark. Our engineering team plays an integral role in the delivery of after sales service and support to our existing and new customer base, which primarily consists of diagnostic and research laboratories.
You will integrate within an experienced Engineering team and be responsible for repairing, servicing and installing our laboratory analyzers by way of on-site support, remote troubleshooting and being part of a rotating on-call roster. You will be required for frequent travel within a given territory at a short notice. You will be required to conduct operator training and technical training. The position is based in our Petaling Jaya office.

Ideally you are an experienced Service Engineer within the medical diagnostics industry. Direct experience supporting Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Haematology, Molecular and/or Tissue Diagnostics systems will be highly regarded.

·  University degree in Biomedical Engineering or any other relevant engineering or biomedical science degree
·  Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills
·  Curiosity and persistence in troubleshooting instrument problems
·  Motivated to deliver superior customer service
·  Ability to conduct operator and technical training
·  Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
·  Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
·  Valid driver’s license
·  Display integrity, passion, and courage
