We are looking for a Scrum Master with proven success in complex global organizations.

As a Scrum Master you will be comfortable leading teams in a transforming Agile environment. With a natural can-do attitude and a results-driven approach, you will show a high level of commitment and the desire to develop and transform into high-performing teams. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach will enable you to excel in this role.

Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.

· 
Leading daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning.

· 
Overseeing iterations of the Scrum process through to completion.

· 
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right resources.

· 
Checking deliverables against requirements to ensure compliance.

· 
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

· 
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on refining and maintaining the product backlog.

· 
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

· 
Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.

Requirements:

· 
Track record of success as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

· 
Excellent oral and written English communication skills, as well as presentation abilities.

· 
Strong service-oriented mindset combined with the affinity for continuous Improvement.

· 
Demonstrate active listening skills.

· 
Experience working in large organizations.

· 
Experience working through a transformation of culture.

· 
3+ years as a ScrumMaster.

· 
Base level Scrum Certification.

· 
Advanced level Scrum Master certification preferred.
