As the Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Officer (SHE Officer) for the Roche SSC Site you will be responsible for ensuring or advising on all SHE related topics in line with the Group SHE requirements, with the applicable law.

What your key responsibilities will be

·  Liaising with management and employees on all matters of SHE
·  Assisting the General Manager and the Head of Site Services in all related SHE topics
·  Co-operating with any safety advisor appointed in relation to safety, health and welfare at work
·  Representing employees' view and concerns in relation to SHE matters
·  Training employees on all SHE related topics and requirements
·  Assisting management in preparations of Key Figure Data for relevant Reporting
·  Developing and maintaining a system for Receiving, Documenting and Responding to SHE related reports and complaints.
·  Supporting the organization for compliance with local legal regulations and with Roche SHE provisions (gap analysis; implementation of measures to close the gaps)
·  Accompanying relevant routine inspections and co-operate with the General Manager and Head of Site Services on all SHE matters.
·  Managing financial provisions for legacy Health and Environmental liabilities, together with the Finance Department
·  Establishing and maintaining the Roche internal Local Emergency Management (LEM) system
·  Keeping all SHE related inventory and handbook up to date
·  Ensuring that all legally required documents and permits are available
·  Ensuring that a risk analysis process is implemented and documented
·  Cost Control and Timely Implementation of the Relevant SHE Project
·  Supervising and coordinating the Data Privacy Coordinator's role & responsibilities and ensured that all Group Level privacy agreements are fully adhered to
·  Providing guidance for RSS Operations on how to securely manage information while taking record management into consideration
·  Reports critical security situations/incidents to his superior and to the CSO
·  Monitors and assesses the local security exposure and proposes the necessary preventive measures
·  Is involved in major projects representing the security stake and requirements
·  Is able to manage critical issues/cases related to security of the company/site (including participation in investigations)
·  Establishes and maintains close contacts with law enforcement authorities/police and professional organizations and associations

Requirements

·  University/College degree
·  Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge
·  3+ years of experience in SHE and Compliance field, reporting and/or data protection
·  Experience in process implementation and in global project support are assets
·  Ability to represent the SSC in global projects from SHE perspective
·  Experience in high level stakeholder management - Group SHE, Group Legal
